Who we are
This website is operated by Alstrom Trading Ltd., 1517 Sofia, Bulgaria ("ALSTROM"), which acts as the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact iganchova@alstrom-eu.com.
Data we process
When you submit an RFQ or contact form we process your name, company, role, email address, phone number, delivery location and the technical specifications and files you provide. We also process the correspondence that follows your inquiry.
Purposes and legal bases
We use this data to review your specification, prepare quotations and coordinate supply (steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to keep records and improve our sourcing service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you have given consent, for consent-based communication (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Processors and transfers
Hosting, database and email delivery are provided by service providers acting as data processors under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
Inquiry and RFQ data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal, accounting or contractual retention duties, and is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, at any time via iganchova@alstrom-eu.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new revision date.
