ALUMINUM ROLLS
Aluminum rolls are delivered with the following dimensions: width: 50 - 1500 mm, thickness: 0.5 - 4.0 mm.
The inner diameter of the roll is between 508-610 mm, the outer diameter between 750 - 1740 mm.

STANDARD PROFILES AND CUSTOM PROFILES

Profiles in different industries have different specifications. Our advantage is that we know how to listen to the needs of each industry, to realize the wishes of our customers and at the same time to offer further processing of our products.
Alstrom Trading supplies profiles of more than 40 different alloys dominated by AlMgSi alloys (type 6xxx USA). Given the purpose, profiles with the following temperaments are produced: F, T1, T5 and T52.
Almost two hundred years of business tradition and production capacity are the basis for the export of most of its products to the most challenging European markets.
Alstrom Trading delivers profiles with a maximum outer diameter of 320 mm or a limited circumference. The walls are at least 1.2 mm thick or, by agreement, also 1 mm. The maximum cross-sectional area (Amax) is 11300 mm2. The quality and geometry of our products are checked by a Romidot scanning / measuring device, which facilitates more precise verification of dimensional tolerances than conventional measuring devices.

RIFEL ALUMINUM SHEET METAL
Shiny surface, narrow tolerances and adaptive dimensions are the advantages of Alstrom Riffel sheet metal when it comes to tread plates. Their mechanical properties are adapted to customer requirements and comply with international standards EN, CE and ASTM. Depending on the customer's wishes, the plates can also be subjected to additional bending and cutting processing or used for decorative purposes.
Specification:
Corrugated sheet metal is produced from selected alloys of series 1000, 3000 and 5000. The sheets can be hard, semi-hard and hard with hardening. The surface can also include five bars (Quintet), two bars (Duet) and diamonds (Diamond). The company can supply corrugated sheet metal with standard sizes, which is usually in stock, or customized according to the customer's size with stricter tolerances than the one specified in the standard in question.
SMOOTH ALUMINUM SHEET METAL
The technological knowledge of the manufacturer allows the company to achieve both standards and purely specific properties and qualities of hot-rolled plates and cold-rolled sheets by combining the chemical composition and applying controlled hot and cold processing. In the production of sheets, Alstrom Trading can deliver standard sizes or fully meet the customer's wishes. The roof surfaces of the sheets are provided by cold-rolled sheets, which can be covered with paper or various types of foils, including foils, which can be subjected to laser cutting. Embossed surfaces are also available. By developing technology, applying our experience and communicating with customers, we are constantly developing new products and improving the properties of existing ones.
